Protégé Programme
We partner with many of Malaysia’s largest business organisations to design and deliver Graduate Training Programmes. Many of these programmes fall under the Government Protégé initiative (Professional Training and Education For Growing Entrepreneurs).
These programmes equip Malaysian graduates with the necessary skills and experience to thrive in specific industry sectors.
To date we have delivered over 100 programmes, providing over 7,000 fresh graduates the soft skills required to survive in the corporate world.
The programmes develop a graduate to be ready to be absorbed into an organisation and will be specifically customised to meet your organisations and industry’s needs.
The programme can be delivered as either face to face or on-line platform.

30 persons minimum to 70 maximum per in-house group.
5 persons minimum for a public program per company to form a class of 30 persons minimum and 70 persons maximum per group.
